Capoeira with Instructor Guatambu

 

Capoeira is a dynamic expression of Afro-Brazilian culture. In this
class tailored to the needs of the beginner, we will introduce and
explore various aspects of the art that will put anyone on the path to
enjoying all that capoeira has to offer as an artform. During the one
hour class we will introduce the first timer to the physical movement,
culture, and music of capoeira. Bring some loose fitting clothes and
some water and get ready to have some fun. We look forward to seeing
