BodyWorks & Beginning Jazz with Cristina

 

 BodyWorks: I find absolute joy in teaching the BodyWorks class! It brings me great pleasure to share my passion for dance with the students. My class consists of an eclectic array of musical genres including but not limited to old school funk and hip-hop, jazz, Latin and swing. Musical selections range from classic favorites to current chart toppers. There is something for everyone in this class and the most important thing is that everyone has a great time! My combinations are fun to learn and easy to follow because the steps are arranged by verse and chorus. The music selections are high energy; you can’t help but let yourself go on the dance floor.

  Jazz Rocks (Beginning level)

If you have never taken a jazz class before and have always wanted to, I feel that this is the class for you! Spirit and joy are the driving force of my very beginner-friendly class. Fridays: 6-7 PM.
