Class description

Yoga is for everybody but not all poses are one size fits all. No matter the level of your practice or the shape/size of your body this series will help you optimize, tone, and find your true flexibility. Learn to move with proper alignment for your personal anatomy in this body positive flow. Modifications will be offered as needed. This class is inspired by Yin, Core Strength Vinyasa, Curvy Yoga, Trauma Sensitive Yoga and Anusara. The movement and flows are based off of the needs of the class, and all sequencing is provided intuitively. This is a body positive space which means all bodies are honored, and respected.



Tuesday  4-week series $80.00 (once a week)

About Thea

Thea Pueschel, C.Ht, 500-ERYT believes in teaching people not poses and is on a mission, to share advanced body mechanics and functional anatomy to those who feel like yoga isn’t accessible to them as well as help those who have been practicing for a while learn how to optimally move their body. She will teach you how to translate movement into your body based on your needs, you’ll leave feeling more engaged, more connected to your body and more solid in your personal practice.
