THE CLASS

A class for dancers to connect intention to movement, actors to integrate their bodies in storytelling, and all humans to feel embodied. The class includes a warm up, simple strengthening and dance technique, breath work, group floor exercises, and a choreographed routine to learn.

 A LITTLE ABOUT RESHMA

Reshma Gajjar is a career performing artist, actor, and dancer. She trained on scholarship at The Edge Performing Arts Center and The Sweat Spot. Her professional work encompasses film, television, concert tours, theater and immersive. After years of teaching one-off master classes, this is the first time she has offered a weekly class. She looks forward to being on this journey with you.

$15 - $25 Sliding Scale
