THE CLASS

A class for dancers to connect intention to movement, actors to embody story, and all humans to feel at home in their bodies. Each session includes a simple warm-up, a grounding awareness meditation, kinetic listening, and a choreographed phrase to learn focused through a storytelling-led lens.

 A LITTLE ABOUT RESHMA

Reshma Gajjar is a career performing artist, actor, and dancer. She trained on scholarship at The Edge Performing Arts Center and The Sweat Spot. Her professional work encompasses film, television, concert tours, theater and immersive. After years of teaching one-off master classes, this is the first time she has offered a weekly class. She looks forward to being on this journey with you.
