About Pulse

Pulse is an open level contemporary dance class geared towards finding alignment and release in the body. The first 45 minutes of class involve a warmup centered around stretching, strengthening and cardio. The second half of class is dedicated to learning choreography as we build and develop moves to about 1 minute of a song. Jasmine's style is a quirky mix of ballet, contemporary and jazz that emphasizes strength, grace and letting go.
