Velocity Boot Camp

SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday
6:45AM to 7:30 AM and 7:30 AM to 8:15 AM

Velocity Boot Camp is without a doubt the best way to lose unwanted pounds and inches and get that lean toned beach body you've always wanted. With classes constantly changing, you will maximize results, make new friends and have fun along the way.

From early teens, I have been a health fitness fanatic. I started learning all different forms of exercise whenever the opportunity came around. 
After high school I attended college in Arizona for anatomy, psychology, sports psychology, and nutrition. During this time I already had a full training schedule. At the age of 20, I discovered that the best way to get a naturally toned and fit body was through body weight exercise combined with high intensity interval training. I moved to L. A. and spend the following 15 months creating a specific program that became the heart of velocity Boot Camp. There has been nothing like it and best of all, it is fun. With exercises constantly changing, you are always on your toes and never bored.
